1. Will the color look exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to:
- Lighting conditions during photography.
- Screen settings on different devices.
- Natural light vs. indoor light.
💡 Note: Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
2. How is the quality and durability of your nails?
We carefully select products made from high-quality, flexible ABS resin to ensure a natural fit and premium feel. Our nails are designed to be:
- Durable & Reusable: With proper care and application, our nails can be worn multiple times without losing their shape.
- Comfortable: Lightweight and designed to mimic the curve of natural nails for a seamless look.
- Salon-Finish: Each set features a high-shine or matte top coat that resists chipping and fading.
✨ Whether they are handcrafted or precision-manufactured, we guarantee a premium look that rivals a professional salon manicure.
3. What if I don’t like the color or style in person?
If the item is unused and undamaged, we may offer a one-time exchange (subject to availability).
Please note:
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for personal preference.
- Shipping costs for preference-based exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
4. How do I choose the correct nail size?
We provide a detailed sizing guide to help you measure accurately.
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
- If the size was chosen incorrectly, the order is not eligible for a refund.
- We are happy to advise before you order, but the final decision is yours.
💡 Tip: If you’re unsure, we highly recommend ordering a Size Kit first.
5. Can I return or refund custom orders?
No. Custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Custom sizes / Custom colors / Custom designs.
This is because custom sets are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
6. What if my nails arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Contact us within 31 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the damage.
- Include an unedited unboxing video.
Once verified, we will offer an exchange or refund depending on the situation.
7. Do I need an unboxing video?
Yes. An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or incorrect item claims. The video must:
- Be continuous (no cuts or edits).
- Clearly show the package being opened for the first time.
❗ Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
- Orders can be changed or canceled before production begins.
- Once production has started (especially for custom orders), changes or cancellations are not possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
9. How long does it take to process an exchange or refund?
After approval:
- Processing time is typically 1-2 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Note: Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.
10. Who pays for return shipping?
- Our mistake: We cover 100% of shipping costs.
- Customer preference: Customer covers all return & exchange fees.
- Custom orders: Not eligible for return or refund.
