Our Promise to You 

We take pride in providing high-quality, carefully handcrafted press-on nails. If any issue arises, we are always happy to assist in a fair, transparent, and reasonable manner, prioritizing solutions whenever possible.


1. EXCHANGE (Priority Support)

Exchange is our preferred solution whenever applicable, as it allows us to resolve concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Size exchange (nails must be unused and undamaged)
  • Color or design exchange (subject to availability)
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong size, shape, or design compared to the order)

⏱️ Request window: Within 31 days of receiving the order.

Notes:

  • Items must be unused, not applied or tried on, and returned in original condition.
  • Press-on nails are handmade, so minor variations may occur between sets.

💡 For exchanges due to personal preference (e.g. color not as expected, style not suitable), we allow a one-time exchange, with shipping costs covered by the customer.


2. RETURN & REFUND

Returns and refunds apply only in cases of significant issues that cannot be resolved through exchange.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Clear defects caused by us (cracks, breaks, loose charms before use).
  • Completely incorrect order with no available replacement.
  • Damage during shipping (must be supported by an unboxing video).

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Slight color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Personal preferences (e.g. “not what I imagined,” “doesn’t suit my skin tone”).
  • Items that have been applied, tested, or bent due to handling.
  • Custom-made orders (custom size, color, or design).
  • Requests submitted after the allowed time frame.
  • Claims without a clear, unedited unboxing video.

❗ As press-on nails are handcrafted, minor variations are not considered defects.


3. PROCESS

To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 31 days of receiving the order, providing:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
    • Unboxing video (no cuts or edits)
  2. We will review and confirm the solution (exchange or refund).
  3. Return the item if requested.
  4. Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection.

Processing time: 1-2 business days after approval.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Seller’s fault: We cover 100% of shipping costs.
  • Customer preference: Customer covers all return & exchange shipping fees.
  • Custom orders: Non-returnable & non-refundable.
